At Green Earth you’ll find an abundance of fresh organic produce to support your healthy lifestyle. More than 99% of the produce we sell is grown using organic growing methods and without the use of artificial pesticides or fertilizers. The other percentage being from farms that do not use harmful pesticides but choose not to pay for organic certification. MEAT AND SEAFOOD
Our commitment is to offer only natural and organic meat raised without hormones and antibiotics. We source much of our meat from local farmers who practice responsible animal husbandry- allowing their animals to do what comes naturally, graze on pasture. We also work with larger organic farms, most of which are certified organic and raise their animals on pasture while practicing regenerative agriculture and the humane treatment of animals. At our store you’ll find Grass Fed Beef, hormone and antibiotic free pasture raised poultry, pasture raised pork, organic sliced deli meat, sausage and brats, bacon, marrow bones, bone broth, and specialty meats.
In our seafood section you’ll find only wild caught sustainable seafood from companies that adhere to the environmental practices as established by the Marine Stewardship Council, the Aquaculture Stewardship Council, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch.
GROCERY AND BULK
Our bulk department is a great way to save money on organic products. You’ll find Organic, nuts, seeds, grains and beans. Snack mixes, granola, dried fruit, and more. We also have over 140 items to choose from in bulk spice section. Including a variety of herbs and teas.
In our household section you’ll find sustainable, eco-friendly, and non toxic options to clean and organize your home. In addition we carry a selection of all natural pet products to satisfy the furry members of your household.
DAIRY AND EGGS
In our dairy department we’re committed to offering dairy products raised naturally and organically without hormones or antibiotics. Our dairy case features over a dozen local farms. You’ll find Organic block, shredded, and sliced cheeses. Grass-Fed butter, milk, and A2 milk products, half & half, and cream goat milk and cheese. Dairy-free alternatives including milk, yogurt, cheese, creamers, and more.
We think that hens should be free, free from cages, free from antibiotics, free to roam, free to perch and stretch their wings, free to go outside and do the things that chickens love to do. That’s why you’ll only find free range, pasture raised eggs in our section- with numerous choices for organic and local eggs.
BAKERY
In our Bakery section, we offer a wide selection of natural and organic breads, from whole wheat to gluten-free, and everything in between. We are especially proud of our local breads and sweets made by vendors throughout the Saint Louis area. Don’t forget to check our freezer section for sprouted breads, gluten-free goods, tortillas, dough, and more. Our baked goods are free of artificial coloring, high fructose corn syrup, additives, and preservatives.
